Office & Commercial Building Window Film

Cut heat, glare and UV in offices, shophouses and commercial buildings, with a choice of non-reflective or reflective finishes.

Why buildings need window film

Glass facades make rooms bright, but they also let solar heat and UV in. Rooms near the windows get hot, the air conditioning works harder, screens are hard to read, and furniture and floors fade.

Window film stops most of that energy before it enters the room while still letting light through. You keep the view, the room is more comfortable and the cooling load drops.

  • Rejects up to 99% of UV and cuts the solar heat coming into the room
  • Less glare on screens and at desks near the windows
  • Choose a non-reflective finish (Miracle Black, HR) or reflective (Miracle Silver) for daytime privacy
  • Helps reduce the air-conditioning load
  • Holds broken glass together
  • Official warranty of up to 3 years, depending on the series

Where it is used

Offices

Cooler desks near the windows, less glare on screens, and privacy for meeting rooms during the day.

Goods in the window do not fade in the sun, and customers can still see inside.

Showrooms & restaurants

Large glass stays bright and open without the room getting stuffy in the afternoon.

Building window film FAQ

Compare every series and its specifications on the products page, and see the difference between reflective and non-reflective film in types of window film.

How much does building window film cost?

Building film is priced per square metre and depends on the glass area, the type and thickness of the glass, the shade and access (for example high floors). The price is given after a survey and measurement. Contact us to book a survey.

Can window film lower electricity bills?

It can help. Film that rejects infrared reduces the solar heat coming in, so the air conditioning works less. How much you save differs per building, depending on orientation, glass area and air-conditioning use.

Is building film fitted inside or outside the glass?

Usually on the inside, where it is protected from rain, dust and facade cleaning.

Does window film block mobile signal in offices?

Film with a metal layer can block mobile, Wi-Fi and GPS signals, while film without metal does not. If connectivity in the room matters a lot, mention it during the survey so the installer can suggest a suitable series.

Can film be applied to any glass?

Window film can be applied to most glass, including insulated glass, with some limits. The installer checks the glass type during the survey. Film cannot be applied over old film; the old film has to be removed first.
